If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item, our return and refund policy outlines the steps to make the process as smooth as possible. 1. General Return Policy
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized items, and sale items marked as final sale, are not eligible for return or exchange.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

Contact Customer Service: Email us at support@ledock.store to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Provide your order number and reason for the return.

Prepare Your Package: Once you receive your RMA number, pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include a copy of the invoice and a note with the RMA number inside the package.

Ship the Package: Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure it arrives safely.

Receive Confirmation: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
3. Refunds
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If the payment was made via credit card, it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been inspected and approved. We will notify you via email once your refund has been processed.
4. Special Cases
a. Defective or Damaged Items:
- Contact Us: Report the issue to us within 7 days of receiving the item by emailing support@ledock.store. Include photos of the defect or damage and your order number.
- Return Instructions: We will provide you with instructions for returning the defective or damaged item. We will cover the return shipping costs for these cases.
- Refund/Replacement: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will either issue a full refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference.
b. Incorrect Items:
- Notify Us: Contact us within 7 days of receiving the incorrect item by emailing support@ledock.store. Include a photo of the incorrect item and your order number.
- Return and Replacement: We will provide instructions for returning the incorrect item and will send the correct item to you. We will cover the return shipping costs and any additional shipping fees for the correct item.
c. Items Not Received:
- Report Missing Items: If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, contact us at support@ledock.store. Provide your order number and details of the issue.
- Investigation: We will investigate the issue with our shipping carrier and provide you with a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund if the item cannot be located.
d. Order Cancellation:
- Request Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they are processed and shipped.
- Processing and Refunds: If your order has already been processed or shipped, you will need to return the item according to our standard return process.
